Review:

OK, I’ll admit I checked YouTube before booking, but I needn’t have feared. I was 9 when the Monkees came to prominence. I loved the music and TV shows. Tonight, 4 talented guys and support from keys player and narrator faithfully recreated the music and characters of nearly 60 years ago. Awesome is possibly the best description. A great set, and it was genius to throw in a Hendrix and Archie’s cover. All part of the story!

They deserved the standing ovation for Daydream Believer. Two other of my favourites, Alternate Title and Pleasant Valley Sunday, were also particularly noteworthy.
Will catch you again I hope, and it was great to have a chat with you as you ran to the front of the house, past me! Old git in mask.🙂

Thank you for a magical evening that took me back to 1966!
